Black Oud is deep, woody and reserved: cardamom and black pepper over oud, sandalwood and patchouli. Gold Oud is warm, sweet and open: raspberry and lemon zest over oud, cedarwood and soft musk, smoother and deeper. Both are made in England.

Three to four sprays on the neck and wrists. It opens sharp, turns warm within the hour, and stays close. Last in the routine, after the shampoo, the oil and the balm.

The eau de parfum, the beard oil and the beard shampoo are vegan and cruelty-free. The beard balm is cruelty-free and holds its shape with beeswax, so it is not vegan.

In England, in small batches. The bottle is blown by hand. The packaging is assembled by hand in England.

Orders before 1pm, Monday to Friday, usually leave the same day. Next-day delivery is DPD Next Day, tracked to the door, Monday to Saturday, not guaranteed. Europe and the United States take five to eight working days and are shown at checkout.

Yes. Every order ships in a plain outer box; nothing on the outside says what is in it.

Unopened and unused, within thirty days. Within fourteen days of delivery the refund is in full; after that, a £5 handling fee and a restocking fee of ten percent are deducted. Opened items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. The Black Oud and Gold Oud Collections are the exception: they can be returned within thirty days even once opened, less an £8 return delivery charge and a 5% restocking fee.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. Instalments are not available on the Standing Order, which bills the stored card through Shopify Payments.

No. Charges for Europe and the United States are shown at checkout and include duties and taxes.

Yes. Bottles and jars are glass; boxes and sleeves are recyclable paper and board; the cellophane around the perfume box is recyclable. The couture gift box is made to be kept.
