ZOUSZ offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, wherever you are in the world. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return — even if you've opened the product and simply decided it isn't for you.

How To Return An Item

  1. Contact our Customer Care team through our Contact Us page, quoting your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
  3. Keep your proof of purchase and tracking details until your refund is confirmed.

Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

We accept returns on our fragrance and grooming products even once opened — because you deserve to know how something truly smells before committing to it. We simply ask that items are returned with their original packaging and any remaining contents, so our team can process your request quickly.

Return Shipping & Fees By Region

We're confident you'll love your order, so the cost of returning an item sits with the customer. Charges vary by region:

United Kingdom

30-day returns. Return shipping is arranged by the customer. A £5 return handling fee is deducted from your refund, covering the original outbound shipping and return processing.

European Union

30-day returns, in line with your statutory right of withdrawal. Return shipping is arranged by the customer. No handling or restocking fee applies — your refund is issued in full, minus only any non-refundable original delivery charge.

United States & Rest of World

30-day returns. Return shipping is arranged by the customer. A 20% restocking fee applies to cover international logistics and processing, deducted from your refund.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away and we'll put it right — a replacement or full refund, with no charge to you.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and you haven't received it, contact us via our Contact Us page.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, ZOUSZ Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get exactly what you want is to return your original item and, once approved, place a new order separately.
