Returns
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used items cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
To start a return, write to support@zousz.com or use the contact page with your order number, and we will confirm where to send it. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty.
What is refunded

The first 14 days are your legal right to cancel, so nothing is deducted in that time.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us.
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, write within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage.
Gifts may be exchanged by the recipient within the same 30 days. Gift cards cannot be returned.
