Delivery
Every order is dispatched from England. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, usually leave the same day; anything later, or over a weekend, leaves the next working day. In busy periods, such as the weeks before Christmas, allow 1 to 2 extra working days for an order to leave. A tracking link follows by email once it is on its way.

Next-day delivery is tracked to the door. It runs Monday to Saturday and is usual rather than guaranteed. Every order ships in a plain outer box; nothing on the outside says what is in it.
Northern Ireland: tracked delivery is £10 and next-day delivery by DPD is £18, on any order.

Delivery is calculated at checkout, before payment, and duties and taxes are usually included there, so nothing is owed on arrival. Orders usually leave within 1 working day and arrive in 5 to 8 working days. The same applies to every other country we deliver to.
