We aim to offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00pm (UK only), however this is not guaranteed.

Not Happy With Your Order?

No problem! We have a "no questions asked" 30-day return and refund policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a returns shipping charge. If the order was sent via free shipping, a returns charge of £4.29 will be deducted from the order total.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of ZOUSZ Gift Cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your returned items, and let you know when the refund has been processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
