United Kingdom

Enjoy complimentary tracked delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £50. Orders below this threshold are charged as follows:

Europe

Orders to the European Union are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and settled at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay when your order arrives. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

United States & Canada

Orders to the United States and Canada are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All duties, taxes and customs charges are calculated and paid at checkout, leaving nothing to pay on delivery. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery: United States 5–10 working days · Canada 7–14 working days.

Rest Of The World

Orders to all other destinations are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis at a flat delivery rate shown at checkout. Any import duties and taxes are payable to your local customs authority before your parcel is released.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00pm (UK time) are dispatched the same day wherever possible, though this cannot be guaranteed. All other orders are processed within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Not completely happy with your order? No problem. We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders, wherever you are in the world, and we'll always do our best to make it right. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know when your refund has been processed. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
